To celebrate Estepona’s Day of the tourist on Friday 8 August a programme of events and activities has been put together with something for everyone. The programme can be divided into a number of categories including:
Presentation by the Town Hall of the 2014 Tourism Award to Selwo Aventura.
1.30 pm – Giant Paella served on Playa de la Rada (next to the sports area).
2 pm – Environmental activities offered by Selwo Aventura (next to the sports area).
6 pm – A demonstration of the traditional “Copo” fishing technique on Playa la Rada beach next to the fishing port.
8 pm – This year’s Feria Queens will be handing out flowers to the public on the Paseo Maritimo from 8 pm.
