Estepona will be holding its International Festival on Sunday, 22nd April. The event kicks off with a procession through the town, after which the activities move to the Palacio de Congresos with a wide ranging programme of music and entertainment, as well as stands representing the 36 countries and organisations participating. A number of schools in Estepona are currently running a competition amongst 10 and 11 year olds to design a flag for the event. The winning design will be made into the flag which will be raised in a ceremony at the Palacio at around noon on the day of the event.
