Celebrating Equality, members of the Manilva Council, Dean Tyler Shelton and Patricia Rocio, the Manilva Pride committee and local supporters, gathered together at the rainbow steps, by the sports centre in Manilva Village on Monday evening to launch the very first Manilva Pride.
“We are standing strong against discrimination, and in support of equality and integration, We want a great community support network, not just for the LGBT community but for everyone.” said the organiser Christian Dunn
We would like to invite all of you to come and celebrate Manilva Pride on June 17th.
The festivities will start with live performances on the stage in Sabinillas at 8pm followed by a parade from Sabinillas to Duquesa, featuring floats, music and flag bearing. Later the celebration will continue as the Pride Party gets started, with four hours of live entertainment from local and international performers on the main stage in Duquesa Port.
