  1. Dear Sir/Madam
Please could you advise me if the citizens advise bureau in Spain only helps expats, or if it also would gives advise to a Spanish lady pensioner who has health issues and who is living with dementia ?
i am trying to find to find out if she can get help with such things as social services or extra financial support to help her, she is a widow and has one son who lives with her. She seems to think that the Spanish authorities have no such services like the UK have, i would be very grateful if you could just give me a little advise so that i could follow this up for her.

    Kind Regards and God Bless
