Estepona’s Foreign Residents Association, AREME, will be holding their next Coffee Morning and Table Sale at Estepona’s Palacio de Congresos (in the foyer) on Saturday 14 September, 2014 from 10.30 am to 1.30 pm.
Many bargains can be obtained at the Table Sales. You can buy yourself scrumptious homemade cakes, bread and the odd pot of jam, marmalade or pickle. You can also buy bargain nearly new secondhand clothes, jewellery, bric-a-brac, homemade articles, cards, toys and many other interesting items from around the world.
Please tell all your friends and acquaintances about AREME (which is the Foreign Residents’ Association of Estepona) and about their Coffee Mornings and Table Sales.
Go along, have a cup of tea, coffee or a soft drink; look around the Tables, and meet some of the members. There is plenty of parking at the back of the Palacio so no long walks to get to the venue. The new bus station is also very close by!
Most importantly – JOIN the Association which will be to YOUR advantage in the future. AREME work hard to influence the Town Hall when its members are unhappy with something. Recently the Association have got the local bus extended to Bahia Dorada for a trial period. If you use it frequently, it will become a permanent service. Much is in your hands as well!
It only costs one Euro per year, to become a member of AREME.
A member of the Committee will be on hand at the Coffee Morning to help you fill in the application form so you can both join/renew and obtain your membership card at the meeting!
There are still a few empty tables if you would like to rent a space. Please get in touch with Heather on 952 793969 for further details.
